Based in Vancouver, Kayo specializes in beginner-friendly Japanese bread baking classes. She believes anyone can bake delicious homemade bread with the right guidance and enjoys sharing the warmth and joy of fresh handmade baking.
Chizuru
Japanese Longevity Food & Design Instructor
With experience as a pastry chef and culinary professional, Chizuru teaches healthy Japanese cooking, matcha sweets, natural fermentation bread, and beginner-friendly design skills. Her warm teaching style focuses on bringing simple, nourishing practices into everyday life.
Akane
Language & Makeup Instructor
After graduating from the University of California, Akane built an international career in marketing across Tokyo, Los Angeles, Singapore, Beijing, and Vancouver. She is also a professional makeup artist and finalist at IMATS LA 2023, bringing both creative and global industry experience to her classes.
Tomoka
LLQP & Chinese Instructor
Tomoka specializes in LLQP preparation and personalized coaching for students pursuing new career opportunities in Canada. She supports each student with encouragement, practical guidance, and step-by-step learning tailored to their goals.
Megumi
Art Sushi Instructor
Megumi has been teaching artistic sushi roll making for over 16 years. Since launching online lessons, she has shared the beauty of Japanese sushi art with students around the world and even exhibited sushi art through photography exhibitions.

Wagashi Instructor
Since starting her confectionery classroom in 2015, Yuki has helped many students enjoy the beauty of seasonal Japanese sweets. As a certified wagashi instructor, she offers both creative lessons and advanced certification courses.
